Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, when available.

Canada: 6–14 business days

Europe: 4–10 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

Other International Destinations: 7–20 business days

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after your package has been dispatched.
